The Lexile Framework for Reading helps us measure and track students’ reading abilities from KG to Grade 9. This globally recognized tool provides a Lexile score that matches students with texts at an appropriate difficulty level, enhancing comprehension and vocabulary development. Regular Lexile assessments enable teachers to personalize reading strategies, recommend suitable books, and monitor reading progress.

SAFAL (Structured Assessment for Analyzing Learning)

SAFAL is a CBSE-initiated competency -based assessment designed to evaluate foundational skills in Mathematics, Language, and Environmental Science. Conducted for Grades 3, 5, and 8, SAFAL promotes deeper learning by focusing on application-based questions rather than rote learning. At Buds Public School, SAFAL results guide teachers in tailoring instruction to improve conceptual understanding and critical thinking.
