Guidelines for student admissions

Please note that filling in the registration form does not guarantee admission.

  • Entries related to the student's name, date, and place of birth must strictly conform to the details mentioned in the passport.

  • Children seeking admission to KG1 must have completed 4 (four) years of age as on or before 31st March of the current academic year.

  • As per the directives of the Ministry of Education, underage children will not be granted admission. However, in exceptional cases, the age limit for students seeking admission from Grade 2 to Grade 4—coming from recognized schools—may be waived, subject to approval from KHDA/MOE.

  • Admissions from KG2 to Grade 9 will be granted based on: performance in the eligibility test, interview with the educational supervisors of each phase and principal, availability of seats, submission of the original transfer certificate/school leaving certificate from the last school attended, clearly indicating the annual examination results and promotion to the next grade.

  • All admissions are subject to approval by the Ministry of Education / KHDA.

  • Admission will not be confirmed for any student who fails to complete KHDA registration and sign the Parent-School Contract.

  • No student will be allowed to attend classes unless a copy of a valid Health Card and the original Vaccination Card is submitted to the school’s Medical Centre.
